Dear Supporter,

On behalf of DELTA, Inc., you are cordially invited to become a corporate or individual sponsor of our 4th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on May 30, 2026, 8AM at the Point Mallard Golf Course, 2600-A Point Mallard Drive SE, Decatur, AL 35601. Registration for golfers begins at 7AM.

DELTA, Inc. is a non-profit 501c (3) organization whose purpose is to engage in charitable, benevolent, educational, civic, social, cultural and literary activities aimed at improving the quality of life for the residents of the Huntsville/Northern Alabama area. We achieve this purpose by partnering with several area organizations to fund and support various programs in the community.

Over 2,000 students in the Huntsville area have benefitted from programs supported by DELTA, Inc. We have:

· funded a monthly reading hour targeting elementary school students to help build literacy skills and improve reading proficiency.

· partnered with local schools to provide reading materials and supplies to help struggling readers.

· awarded over $75,000 in Book Stipends to hundreds of high school students at the Annual Honor’s Convocation of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and donated over $15,000 in support of the Honors Day Empowerment Weekend activities.

· provided funding for seminars and field trips for girls, ages 11-14 to expose them and encourage them to explore, study, and succeed in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.

· provided funding for college tours, scholarship research and completion of college applications; co-sponsored annual mentoring summits for males ages 13—18 and partnered with the Huntsville Inner City Learning Center to support the After-School Tutoring, Enrichment Program for K-8 and a summer reading program for K-2.

As a 501c (3) organization, all contributions made to the Charity Golf Tournament are fully tax deductible. Your sponsorship will also help in erecting a Life Development Center to host our programs and those of like-minded community groups.

You are invited to join us as a corporate sponsor or as a direct contributor. Information on how to become a sponsor is attached. As a sponsor, your name will be posted prominently at one or more of the holes during the tournament. You will have an opportunity to display your products at the event and you may also place items in the hospitality bags based on donation size. Please come out and join our community members, distinguished guests and corporate leaders as a sponsor or a golfer. Please send your commitment/information by March 19th, 2026. TITANIUM EVENT SPONSOR- $3,000

Company’s logo will be placed on golf balls for Golfer’s hospitality bags plus 1 Team of 4 entry in tournament, Feather banner signs on Holes 2 and 17; Logo on all print, posters and flyers. Company products placed in hospitality bags.

GOLD EVENT SPONSOR - $2,000

Company’s name will be placed on golf “tees” that will be placed in Golfers hospitality bags plus 2 Players entry in tournament; Logo on print, posters and fliers; Feather banner at sponsored hole; and Company products placed in hospitality bags.

SILVER EVENT SPONSOR- $1,000

Feather banner at the sponsored hole plus 1 Player entry in tournament; Logo placed on registration site; Opportunity to display your company products at the Tournament.

BRONZE EVENT SPONSOR - $500

Large signage at sponsored hole; and Recognition of sponsorship at Tournament.

HOLE SPONSOR - $250
